Coach Caleb LLC operates the Coach Caleb website. This notice explains information collected through the website and how to contact us about it.

Information you provide

If you send a question through the contact form, or book the free 25-minute discovery call, we receive your name, email address, the details you enter and anything else you choose to include. We use that information to respond, to hold your call time and to manage your inquiry. Please do not include medical records, payment details or other sensitive information in this general contact form.

If you subscribe to Caleb’s newsletter, Substack processes your subscription information and delivers the publication. Contacting Caleb does not automatically subscribe you. Newsletter emails provide an unsubscribe option.

Website and service information

Hosting and embedded services may receive technical information, such as an IP address, browser and device information, page requests and referral information. The public website at trainwithcaleb.com uses Metricool website analytics.

The site uses GoHighLevel for its contact form, its free discovery call booking and inquiry management, Substack for newsletter signup and Vercel for hosting. GoHighLevel processes the booking and sends the confirmation email that carries your call time and video link. These providers may process information when their features load or you use them. Links to Caleb’s social profiles, including YouTube, open third-party websites governed by their own privacy policies. Their practices are described in their own privacy notices:

Some third parties may collect information about activity over time and across websites under their own policies. The website currently does not change its behavior in response to browser Do Not Track signals.

How information is used and shared

We use inquiry information to communicate with you, provide support and maintain business records. Service providers help host the site, manage inquiries and deliver content. Information may also be disclosed when necessary to meet legal obligations or protect legitimate rights and security. We do not publish private inquiries as testimonials without permission.

Choices and requests

You can use your browser’s privacy settings to manage cookies and similar storage, though some embedded features may stop working.

You can contact caleb@trainwithcaleb.com to ask about personal information, request a correction or request deletion. Requests are handled according to applicable law and any records we must retain. Information is retained as needed for the purposes described here and applicable recordkeeping, security and legal obligations.

Program app and purchases

Program purchases and the program app are not open. Nothing on this website takes a payment. Before launch, this notice will be updated to describe payment processing, account information, workout and progress data, the app providers and the applicable retention and privacy controls. Those details will be described here before purchases open.

Changes and contact

Material changes will be described on this page with an updated effective date. Where applicable law requires additional notice, that notice will also be provided.
